Solitaire: Fantasy

She pulled her knees up to her chin as she sat on the window seat and stared out into amorphous world beyond the glass. She was stuck here, for at least two weeks, and already she was bored crazy. There was nobody else here besides sinister uncle Rudolfus and two maids who had so far vanished to near-invisibility anytime she spoke more than a polite "thank you" to them. There was no television. The only game she'd found was a pack of cards. They were worn and dog-eared from use, wreathed in cobwebs.
Inspiration: None.
Story Potential: Low. Done too many times, would require stroke of brilliance to make this good...and this isn't.
