Once you're super-strong, super-fast, and augmented six ways to hell, you take some serious challenges in order to keep growing and getting better. She knew most people stuck to the minimum regimented workout/supplement schedule, but she didn't just want to be good enough--she wanted to be better than everybody else. Partly so that she could do better, and partly so that if things ever went really, really South, she'd be able to get out. Or at least she'd stand a better chance of doing so. Inspiration: LJ writing prompt about working out, various people's posts about finding a challenging workout.
Story Potential: Medium.
Notes: It's an interesting way to get to know somebody, and this does seem to be unfolding to a larger story. On the other hand, it's not a very original larger story.
