Hunter and Prey: Romance

She heard the rasp of flint and saw a spark of fire that leapt up to illuminate the hawk-like profile of the man that she had come to assassinate. A waft of smoke floated over the duck pond and tickled her nose. She held her breath in a desperate attempt not to sneeze. If he knew what she had come for--well, he was known to be temperamental. He might have her arrested for trespassing if he realized that she'd come to assassinate his reputation.
Inspiration: "shadow", "hawk", "billionaire" - I swear, it was desperately trying to be a romance even without it being V-day.
Story Potential: High. For an entertainingly crappy romance novel, that is.
Notes: He is an eccentric, reclusive billionaire. She is a freelance photographer who tries to take his photograph for the scandal rags. They are thrown together into danger. Naturally, they fall in love and live happily ever after.
