She sank softly down to her watery grave. Her mouth opened unresisting to breathe in water instead of air. She was not conscious as she sank down through the depths, or she would have struggled against the shroud that bound her arms to her sides, her legs together, that was tied to the anchor pulling her down into the sea. Her body twitched and convulsed once or twice, trying to find air, but in her mind, she was flying. She died easily, without fighting against the sea or hating it. And she died a foul death, because she had trusted wrongly. The sea took her to its bosom because of that. It was relieved to find a--

Story Potential: Low.
Notes: And so the sea grants her life, of a sort, and power, of a sort, and she turns into one of those watery vengeance creatures. Hmm. Come to think of it, might be an interesting side character.
