Chefs would take one smell of this year's crop and order enough to keep themselves stockpiled for years to come. Try the '08, they would urge the last pleb to try it, it's a very good year. The pleb tourists would swarm around when the smell was in the air. And he would make a fortune, if only he could figure out the tricky business of shipping it to his clients without spoilage, without pirating, and without violating any customs laws...that any customs officials would find out about. He had two chefs on the pleb home world who would pay enough for a dozen barrels of this year's finest to support him through the hardship of--
