Changeover Night: Fantasy

If you believe in one world, you musta gotten really screwed up the first changeover night. I mean, I guess if you actually believed really, really hard in only one world, maybe you went with it. That's the hope. Other folks think that either you just failed to adapt so quickly that you died within the first mass confusion, or that you somehow got wished out of existence--kind of, if you rejected reality, maybe it rejected you, too. I don't even know that some folks who could stomach the idea, so to speak, wouldn't wish that they'd traded places with you. Even without knowing what happened to you. Because, man, changeover is rough. I feel sorry for all those changelings who somehow--
